Reasonable price - leather?

I don't think it's a leather belt. Looks good but feels very plasticky, while it doesn't claim to be leather it treats it like leather with grainy pebbles etc. So it works well and seems to be the right size to leave a few holes. either way when worn with 54 inch pants.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fits right but won't last long

I got the right size and it looked exactly as described. However, what makes this belt look black started to peel off after wearing it for some time. So there are greyish spots on it where the black imitation leather has peeled off. Also, the part of the belt holding the buckle is half broken. Thus the buckle is held by only half of the skin attached to it. Didn't last.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Doesn't fit all

Looks good but doesn't last long

I guess most big boys strain the belt, I know they do. The belt looks great when you buy it and will last 6 months of everyday use. When purchasing, remember that many pants have a stretch factor, so they might say 50, but your actual waist might be 52 or 54. Buy your belt based on your actual size, not the number on your pants.

Pros
  • Big selection
Cons
  • Can't remember

Looks like poor quality low density composite metal

The belt was fine until the support rod holding it to the belt broke. It appears to be some kind of low-quality, low-density composite metal. and the skin has held up for the past few months. But the connecting rod broke in 2 places! It should be thicker than 2mm and the buckle should be better quality metal!

  • Pretty packaging

Very disappointed with this product

The leather is well made and the strap is well made, but the buckle is TERRIBLE CHEAP. It is made of a base metal, NOT brass. The buckle is very light and thin compared to the leather of the belt. The photo clearly shows that the buckle is torn in the middle. Since the buckle is firmly sewn into the belt, it cannot be easily replaced. I'm disappointed. I have a great belt with a horribly cheap broken buckle that can't be fixed.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Great price, great belt and really great quality!

The belt is good, feels good quality. I've been using it for a few months and have lost some weight so I'll probably have to do it but in a smaller size. I will definitely buy the same brand. Most belts show signs of wear after a short time, but not this one. Looks great, fits great, perfect size for dress pants. Feels like real leather, not the cheap department store stuff that sells out after a few months. Very happy!

  • Good thing

Floresheim made this product cheaper

I have bought these straps from Revain before and I really like them. I bought both black and brown. I used to buy the same belts at the national store. For a while these straps were great, but then they apparently started using inferior materials and after a short time the straps started to lose their finish. At that time I went to Florsheim an der Revane and found the same belt. The straps were great initially (like the ones in the store). But this last one, which I bought on September 27th…

Pros
  • Complete Set
Cons
  • Empty
