Very good belt. I gave 5 stars for "Stretching" because it does NOT stretch. I hate spandex jeans and the straps are meant to support the pants and not "stretch to fit". If it ever wears out, I'll take another one.

The skin is very thick and not flexible. The first time I tried to fasten the buckle, it broke. See photo. I would give the belt zero stars if that was an option. Useless product!

I needed a black leather belt for an outdoor wedding. I wanted something more interesting than a simple flat belt, but I wanted something that wasn't too expensive. This belt would work for something dressier than jeans, but less dressy than a low-pile suit. The belt itself is a little tight to begin with, but washes well and holds its shape. The belt looks very nice. The only thing that worries me is that the material is very hard, it looks beautiful in the sock. It's just that when you put it on you think the belt could be better.

Received the belt yesterday. Looks good but the belt buckle broke while putting it on this morning. The belt itself looks good but there is no buckle.

Great straps for the price. Many seams should make them durable. The style is somewhere between elegant and western. The size is correct. Either buy your size or one size up to be on the safe side.

-- It would be better if the "holes" for the buckle's "tongue" were made through the leather. Tool and punch holes to make the belt "useful". And I hate when I pay for an item that I have to work on to make it useful. Unless it's a kit. In addition, the tape is very thick and very stiff. I suppose it will become more flexible after wearing it for maybe a year or two. On the plus side, things are looking good.
