    Comfortable but needs to be ordered 1/2 size smaller

    I like the 5E width. I had to order a half size down (10 vs 10.5) as my normal size was too long and loose. I hope the sole will last and not crack 6 months like other shoes I've bought. conveniently right out of the box!

    Pleasantly good for me

    Very comfortable work shoes, can be worn all day, does not put any strain on the legs. However, the inner lining of the shoe must be black, similar to the color of the shoe.

    Be careful when ordering

    When ordering, the size changes if I ordered 8.5 3W in the shopping cart and 8.5 5E were in the shopping cart. It's not prime so $6 for return shipping. Also, the shoes run a bit big. Got it for myself and I wear a 9.5 and these shoes were big on my feet I think a 10 or so.

    I love Florsheim shoes.

    I love Florsheim shoes but this is the second pair I have ordered after having to return the first pair. I'm honestly very dissatisfied. My shoe size is 8.5 D(M). Every shoe I have ever tried on or worn fits. However, these shoes are too big. On the 8th I returned 8.5. 8 is still too big and tends to slip in the heel. Pretty disappointed.

    A bit long for my opinion

    The width is perfect, but the shoes are a bit long. I have a very wide foot and needed an 11.5 but they are not made in that size.

    I rate them highly because they are exactly what I was looking for. These are not high end shoes but good shoes for the price for my needs. After a year and eight months I'm exhausted enough to order a second pair. I work in the Middle East and travel every 4-6 weeks for 25-29 hours. I have to go through six security checks in one direction, 5 of which I have to take off my shoes.     GOOD SHOES / BAD FINISHES

    I noticed a small scratch on the side of the boot where my wife kicked me and noticed that the trim had come off the shoe and found that the trim was only coming off by scratching a fingernail would loosen. The leather is not damaged, but the finish wears off immediately. I have a pair of penny loafers that are over 15 years old and don't have a scratch and the trim won't come off with a fingernail.     It's hard to find sleek 6E shoes that don't look like a pair of bricks. I am happy with the quality. The heel is a bit wider than I would have liked, but that's really the shape of my foot. Will definitely buy again!
