Good healthy mix for pancakes

I have four children and they love pancakes very much. I usually make them Kodiak pancakes and they love it. I saw this brand and wanted to try it. First, the macros on it are great - I included a picture comparing the nutritional information between this pancake mix and Kodiak brownies and this one has way more protein. Doesn't stick well to the waffle iron. The buttermilk version is too sweet

This is a good mix. It works, just needs some tweaking. First, the buttermilk version of this mix is sweet and vanilla flavored, which isn't exactly what I expect from a buttermilk mix. They went overboard sweetening all their concoctions with erythritol when it wasn't really needed for pancakes or waffles. If the consumer wants a sweet vanilla pancake, this company sells a mix specifically called "vanilla," so it's okay to give someone a choice or not. Butter is added to the dough to keep it…

Taste and texture are good but surprisingly weak chocolate flavor
