Maybe a waste of time!

Well i liked the item at first but it started tp shortly after a couple days of wear gave me a rash. And it really started to burn and irritate me.so im not wearing the product anymore.it almost doesn't produce the sweat volume it says its going to.

If you weight 180 Or thick body go a 1 size more what shirt you wear

I love it I bought an xlarge I have a thick body it makes you sweat i wear it under my shirt and I’m on the treadmill for like 30 min and by the time I’m done it feels loose yes I recommend it
