Fluval A20011 Intake Stem: Enhance Your Filter System's Performance Review

If you look at the picture you can see the rubber mount at the top. It doesn't happen - there's no attachment, just a stalk. Don't you know that rubber piece was all I really needed? The picture is very deceptive and should be changed as nowhere in the description does it say what actually goes with it. I only gave it 3 stars because I had to return it and find the rubber thing.

As you can see the part pictured is for the intake manifold, the strainer and most clearly the top rubber connector to connect the inlet to the filter which is required for proper operation . This is NOT what they sent, it was just a hose and filter. It was a complete scam! What should I do now? Will the company do anything? I really hope so, otherwise this is not a complete part!

Revain.com sent me a previously returned item even though I bought 'new' and was paid accordingly. Although the packaging appeared unopened, the rubber sleeve that attaches to the top was missing. Deducting a star because I think this is a manufacturer issue and may be the reason it was originally returned as is in clear packaging. I didn't look carefully, otherwise I would have returned it.
