Good product. But when you want to use it for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera it becomes too heavy. You need to buy additional body support. Otherwise it is too difficult to deal with.

I like the Flycam HD-300 both as a concept and as an affordable tool. My previous rating was supposed to be 4 stars, but for some reason only 2 were given. That was a mistake. I've been using Flycam for a few months now. The balancing isn't great, but if you're willing to live with a little extra time to balance it, it's a great value. I didn't use the forearm support, it was difficult to assemble and didn't really help much. The table mount for easy balancing was nice.

I recently bought a Steadycam with an armrest and I love it. It's much easier for me to take photos now. My hand doesn't get tired, it's not very bulky and it's perfect for long shoots. I use it for both camcorders and still cameras. The wrist brace really keeps my arm from feeling sluggish and bleeding after shooting. It's lightweight, very compact, and feels like expensive hardware despite being a steal. This is definitely a product I would recommend to anyone in the photography industry.

Excellent quality product, very well finished and excellent customer service. The problem I had was balancing the Flycam. I know how difficult it is to balance them. However, if you plan on using this for professional recording and your time is money, I don't recommend it. If you have all day to play around with the flycatcher, balancing and rebalancing it, I'd definitely say go for it. However I couldn't balance it for anything, I thought I'd balanced it many times only to get frustrated when…
