Overall a good product but there is one downside, it's difficult to get the child out by yourself when the safety bar is installed in the front. I think level 1 is as shown in the picture.

Overall happy with this swing. We needed something extra for our little one and this fitted the bill. It's a bit difficult to get it off the swing as the front doesn't come off easily so I'll only give it 4 stars. The ropes are also a little twisted so they aren't 100% straight but still work fine.

I was disappointed that the bar didn't move up and down. At the same time, if your child has shoes on, it will be difficult for them to sit down and take them off the swing. Of course, I turned the rope holders upside down first, and once you do that, it's almost impossible to fix. But I corrected. After all that, I gave the swing away and bought a swing with a detachable crossbar.

We received it today and it doesn't feel safe. There are no parts to hold it together and according to the instructions the screws that usually come with the swing are plastic which holds the back and front of the swing together which is not at all safe for a child. We have arranged a return, but we have to pay for the return ourselves. China at our expense. I should have paid more attention to where that came from :(

It says up to 300lb. We are not. Our family friend came to lie down and he may weigh about 90 pounds and now the seat has snapped. The seat has been used for over 6 months. This seat is overpriced for the quality of the material and definitely not for any child over 8lbs. It is also too difficult for any child under the age of 3 to sit upright on their own. Stay away from this design, it's not good
