Love it! I'm 5"4" and it fits just like the picture, just above the ankle. When I sit on the chair to do my homework, it doesn't fully cover my legs and feet, but it's long enough to keep me warm. I hated snaps. They are white on the navy blue item I bought. I decided to take them off instead of giving them back. It took a while but I got them. They are held together by a small plastic connector with a tiny lightbulb shape on one end. I cut off a part without cutting. but I also cut out a small lightbulb in some of the pictures.
