Great Experience with Food Chow - Easy to Use and Great Customer Service

It's great to connect with your regular customers more directly as well! The customer service has been top notch so far- nothing but friendly conversation from all around my requests/concerns!! Great opportunity here - even if you're not looking at this just because of their discounts or offers its still worth taking advantage while they offer them (as I have!). Easy platform accessable via any device & easy management by user interface which makes everything super simple.- Nothing really bad…

Easy, intuitive and useful for small business owners

I like how easy this software makes my life as a restaurateur! It's very simple to use once you've used other similar apps before so there are no surprises here at all. The customer service team has been great too - they're always quick with responses when we need help or have questions about their product (which isn't often!). There really aren't any downsides either- everything seems pretty solid from what i understand of our experience thus far using them. We haven’t seen much benefit yet…

Pros
  • Easy for me, who is not trained in computer languages / coding etc.,to learn it was fairly intuitive.I liked that if something went wrong ,you could easily email tech support which got back quickly enough.also loved being able get access via mobile app instead having be connected directly through wifi network..it worked fine though sometimes had issues getting internet connection even after updating settings..seemed slow loading pages initially also seemed long
