Based on my observations, these luminarias are absolutely stunning and perfect for any party or event. Haven't used them for my project yet but have been playing with them. They seem durable, the lights are bright and beautiful. I like that they have attachment points on the sides to secure them if needed. If I need more I will not hesitate to get them. UPDATE: Sad to see a large price increase making this hard to contemplate.

You do the job. Tiny, and I mean the tiny screw that holds the lid in place is extremely difficult to get out and worse to put back in. The tiny screwdriver from the glasses repair kit doesn't work. I had to go to Lowes and get a special set of screwdrivers and also buy a device that makes the tip of the Philips head magnetic so you put the tiny screw back in the hole. Also, there are no instructions on how to open it natively. It seemed easy to understand, but Lowes' man couldn't understand it
