For 12 x 56 strip softbox with Buff adapter ring. Really easy to set up and the box itself it built reasonably well at first glance. The unit set up and is taken down with relative ease. It folds umbrella style double fold so no tent poles to set up or keep track of. My only complaint is the grid ripped on first use. Recently purchased for my Paul Buff Einstein monoblock and was surprised that the build quality was pretty good for the price. Recessed white diffuser allows for a grid**. I just received this strip-style soft box about one week ago. Although it came w/o instructions they really aren't necessary. Do a search on You Tube and you can see a video that will explain everything. This is an "umbrella-style" design, so if you can open an umbrella you set up this soft box. This softbox is fragile for sure, though they also shipped it with the wrong eggcrate! I bought this many months ago and just took out the eggcrate since I needed to channel the light better, however the sticker UPC label did not match the label on the bag and on the eggcrate itself, which says it is for the Fotodiox Pro Octagon Eggcrate Grid for 36" Softbox .Very disappointed, would give 2-3 stars considering if it actually came with the proper eggcrate. Buyer beware.

I ordered a set of these. One was just fine. The other, however, snapped into three pieces when I went to open the softbox - as if it was made of plastic! Im worried this will now happen with the one I have left. Cheap price = cheap product.

The included speedring fits my Alien Bees B400 perfectly.
