When you replace the throttle body, replace the water outlet to stop the leak. It also started to rust inside over time, so replacing it for a Mercury Villager 97 won't be expensive.

The piece of junk would have returned but the customer needed a vehicle. I had to use a carbide cutter in it to install the OE thermostat. The casting was very bad. The illustration shows a smooth machined surface onto which the hose will fit. it's not, just a very bad casting surface with deep holes in the casting.
