It's ok, too expensive for this quality

I had one of these from another manufacturer for years which I ended up breaking. I use them daily as I am addicted to pickled peppers. The materials on this one are really thin, the metal handle is too long and the pins are too thin making it difficult to grip. I can't imagine that would ever work with something the size of a cucumber.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different

Best Little Invention for Martini Lovers

My parents have had one for years. Every time we have a party they use it for cocktails. Everyone wants it. We looked for it in many stores and couldn't find it anywhere for about 4 years. I came across this on the internet and ordered 7 of them in total. I have given them to each of our gift giving pairs along with a huge jar of olives for Christmas. They liked it. They said they were looking for her too.

Pros
  • It's Amazing
Cons
  • A Few Bugs

Cheap, flimsy product - avoid

This is a poorly made olive picker. First, it's plastic and lacks strength. Another problem is that it doesn't pick up or hold large olives well - they often fall off. I had to bend the teeth inwards and they still didn't fit properly. Also, mine just broke. The metal teeth are set into a moving plastic plate inside the mechanism - they are not part of the whole assembly. So if they fall off like mine, they can't just be put back in as they'll come loose. again. I wish I had saved a few bucks…

Pros
  • It's ok!
Cons
  • Expensive
