Revain's website states that this device comes with a cable and software for connecting to a computer. It is not. I sent 3 emails to support but NO replies. There is no phone number to call anyone. I don't think I will order from them again. For the price, however, the device seems to be okay.

This is billed as a PC Sync Option. That's true, but it ONLY syncs with the included software. So it doesn't sync with Outlook or anything, but the worst thing I think is that there is NO import/export functionality (other than the device itself). This means that the ONLY way to get addresses etc. in a PC program is to painstakingly type everything by hand through an inefficiently designed interface.
