Inexpensive - both in terms of quality and price

Dowels do not hold well. The net is pulled so tight that the frame is deformed. The frame can be straight until the ball hits it. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it's not worth keeping.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Good for my 7 year old baseball player.

Glad we got this. Not heavy but easy enough for my 7 year old to get out of the garage and set up. The recoil is much stronger than I expected. My son enjoys it and uses it for many different baseball activities. No complaints, it took about 2 months from receipt.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Reliability

NOT adjustable

What a cheap junk! I think you get what you pay for! He chirps and spins. Anchors are cheap and don't stay in the ground! I think it's my fault for not doing more research. I say it's 3rd position. I assumed there were NO adjustments. Buyer Warning. Do your research and spend a little more money on something better. Very disappointed

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Only available in black

Don't even try. Terrible.

The only good thing is that it fits back in the box for return. Dismantling is easy. Try to use her, she will find out for herself. The word "thin" isn't the right word to describe this thing. Every throw throws him out of shape. It's easy to line up, but who wants to win their serve back on every serve. It is a pity. Franklin should be ashamed. waste of time.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Weight

Only took a week!

So disappointed. Gave this to my 9 year old son as an early Christmas present and it has already broken into three pieces from the ball hitting the board. I thought it would be strong enough to withstand the impact of the ball. I thought we had enough for at least a few months! It's a shame! He loved it! He was so upset that he didn't have a coach anymore! I'll have to buy another, more durable one.

  • Quality construction

upset. - Pitching shoes

The elastic straps that hold the net in place snap instantly. As soon as you throw the ball, it seems to click. So disappointed because we wanted to love it. After a few times so much was broken and I sent it back. They gave me a replacement. The same thing happened, so every time one of them broke I replaced it with velcro. It worked for a while but then the bar bent and it was too late to turn back so I just about made it.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Not for everyone

Great for young children

We bought this for our sons and it was relatively easy to put together except for the ribbon which has to be woven in and out of the mesh which was a bit difficult to find as it there was no instructions but we managed to get it working. Bouncing the ball off it will bounce it back, but if you're an older kid with more power, this probably isn't for you. We bought it for five and seven years and they don't have much power teenagers or adults, you can pay a little more money and get a more…

Regular ball stopper/responder

Assembly is intuitive but there are no instructions for recommended net hook placement. I tried to just spread them evenly across the frame. Stays together for the most part and moves it around the garden. It is not easy to disassemble for storage, but it occupies a small area. Comes with 4 truss rods which bent when first inserted into wet ground (cheap wire rods) but they hold it in place when the backstop is used. Bought this on a whim so my kid could fight back. Returns the ball moderately…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

If you don't expect too much, you won't be disappointed.

This is a cheap device but it hits the ball. We have had this device for 2 years now and it looks like it has been on the battlefield. The plastic hooks broke and the elastic failed. The impact zone outline has a small piece of Velcro that holds the ends of the rap together. With almost every step my 10 year old takes, the velcro fails and the strap falls off. The anchors are really weak, they flex when stuck into the ground. The color looks like it came from a 1980's Toyota. I made…
