These skirts are long and very plain, look for little girls and don't make them look old ladies when worn. My daughter is 8 and she looks really good in it. If your daughter has a thin waist but big butt like me, I would recommend a small one.

They are perfect, just the right size! My daughter is 8 years old but she has long legs. uses 14 (XL). She is fat but not fat.
