Freebily Kids Pleated Scooter Skirt for School Dance - Good quality but size not accurate

I bought this roller skirt for my daughter's school uniform. The quality is good and looks just like the picture. The creases stay in place after a few washes which is great. The hidden shorts are also a plus as they prevent my daughter from accidentally flashing someone. However, the dimensions are not very precise. I ordered size 4 for my daughter who is usually a size 4 in normal clothes but the skirt was too big and too long. It doesn't matter as we can always hem it, but it would be better

That's cute and not well done

I was initially happy with the skirt until my daughter tried it on. Which was a little big at the waist so I tried to make it tighter with buttons. The elastic for tightening the skirt came out completely. Really not happy.
