Great skirt! I bought this for my Halloween costume as Hermione Granger. It will be wonderful! Excellent quality. Nice thick fabric. Sharp folds. Heavy duty belt and zip closure. Decent weight for cold weather but not too heavy for summer. There is also an adjustable elastic in the back waist to make it a little tighter if needed even on larger sizes.
