This skirt can be very beautiful! Unfortunately, only one side of the adjustable waist works. It seems to be the factory setting.

I have literally 20 years of experience making precision style skirts, and French toast has ALWAYS been great quality, great durability, and easy care quality (I just wash and hang to dry so the creases stay crisp much longer...not even dry lay flat because the wrinkles smooth out and look worse quicker) and my youngest daughter is a skinny worm and we can waist her to fit easily, they are just really well made and easy care!

The sizing chart wasn't that accurate, but with children's clothing I don't mind that it's slightly larger (extra wear). I love that it has an elastic waist adjuster! Now my little girl can wear them now and probably for at least the next year or two! The length was perfect for her to her knees and she loves looking like Hermione!

This skirt is the PERFECT private school skirt! Excellent quality. Nice thick fabric. Sharp folds. Heavy duty belt and zip closure. Decent weight for cold weather but not too heavy for summer. There is also an adjustable elastic in the back waist to make it a little tighter if needed even on larger sizes.
