Perfect fit. Now I don't have to manually reset the lock to start the dishwasher. I wish the lock part wasn't plastic as it wears out over time.

It doesn't look exactly like the original part but it fits and works great. Hope it lasts longer than the original! It feels like the latch is a lot smaller, but the spring mechanism is better.

Five stars for performance. Considering the material and the function of the part, the price is too high. Installation was very easy. The hardest part was putting the front piece back in the dishwasher. The part fitted there perfectly and the cable connections were very easy.

I purchased this product 6 weeks ago to replace an 11 year old locking mechanism. During this short time, the plastic switch in the door broke. A list of spa parts is available under contact information. Frigidaire is not manufactured by Whirlpool. While calling 3 numbers you can help. Confused here. $70 for 6 weeks part is not cost effective. Frigidaire cannot help as the item was not purchased from them.
