Perfect for science camp!

My son needed a raincoat for 5th grade science camp. That's cool! The material seems durable. Should be enough here and there for 4 days. Great fit. He is about 5 feet and 100 pounds. I grew up his youth. The legs are a bit long because he is tall but he has short legs lol but overall everything is perfect! Love it!

  • Imported
Cons

Great product but the size is huge!

I ordered a youth toddler that was supposed to be 4-6 and it's MASSIVE. There isn't a 4 to 6 year old kid on the planet who wouldn't swim in it! As an adult medium, I could fit in my jacket and pants! In addition, the material is wonderfully light and appears to be very waterproof. I just wish the size was more appropriate.

Pros
  • 100% nylon
Cons
  • Little things

Didn't even last 3 minutes

My 9 year old daughter put on a raincoat and walked down 2 steps to leave the house and her pants were badly torn (and not once seams!) To me, this was a sign of seriously low quality. I checked beforehand that they fit her - they were actually a bit big. So, in my opinion, that shouldn't have happened.

Pros
  • Jacket has adjustable hood with lock and front zip with storm flap
Cons
  • Working speed

It should not be sold to people

I am totally disappointed in this product My grandson wore it once and the pants were mid thigh down Ripped to the crotch My grandson loved it and was so disappointed that it broke so I sewed it back on for him. I never give bad reviews but I couldn't help but do it now. I really should get my money back for that. I buy often.

Pros
  • Ultra-Lite2 rain suit consists of a jacket and pants
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Lightweight but beware of the size

This Frogg Toggs set is very lightweight. For those who want to know, the Youth Medium Set weighs 6.5 ounces. (Jacket weighs 3.8 ounces and pants weighs 2.7 ounces on my scale). Can't comment on durability as we haven't used them and may return due to size. They were too big for my 9 year old son (4'4" / 75 lbs) who normally wears Youth Medium with all clothes. The pants were about 4 inches too long and the elastic was too loose to tie around his waist The jacket was closer to an acceptable fit

Pros
  • Zipper

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY

I would give this suit 5* as did the other order I placed. The problem is that the size chart says ONLY "JUNG". I am a paramedic for a private ambulance company that is currently transporting all COVID-19 patients in the DFW area. Our company has run out of personal protective equipment and we have stated that "coats are now optional". Well I choose IN. So apparently I need to protect myself, and this raincoat is better than a disposable tyvek suit. I can DECON, wash and reuse. However this…

Pros
  • Elasticated jacket cuffs keep moisture out
Cons
  • Updates available

NOT FOR TRAVEL, POOR FIT

If you're camping and not exercising these are great for keeping you dry. However, when most people camp when it rains and they sit around the camp, in a tent or under some kind of shelter, they don't just sit in the rain. People buy raincoats when they go to the slopes and need protection from the rain. Jackets are good, the material is not durable. The pants don't fit very well. If you can get an elastic waste band that is long enough, it will be the size of an elephant. If you chose the size

Pros
  • Hand wash only
Cons
  • Not bad
