Great fishing raincoat

I bought this raincoat for a trip to Ireland. Considering the time of year we were we were warned that the weather could get cold, windy and rainy in no time and it did! I ordered a jacket one size larger, knowing there would be days when I would wear multiple layers. The raincoat was breathable and kept me completely dry even on the rainiest and windiest days. I definitely recommend this raincoat.

Lightweight waterproof jacket

Good choice of colors and reasonable price. According to the size chart provided I should fit a medium size; However, I had to go up a size so that the zipped jacket would sit comfortably on my hips; If you have a classic "pear" shape, this is something to consider. If you choose size L, the jacket is roomy enough to wear over layers of clothing or a thick sweater. This jacket is a good addition to my wardrobe.

So far so good for hunting and fishing

I've worn this jacket in the rain a number of times and can't complain. I haven't worn it in the rain which is the ultimate test for me. I like the fact that it's lightweight, which will be good for the summer. I love bright purple, it lifts my spirits on a cloudy day. It's roomy enough to layer underneath in winter. Of course I live in the south east where winters aren't that bad :) After putting it on in a nice heavy rain I'll update my review.

NECK SEAM REVERSE - LETS RAIN

I bought it about 6 months ago and I've been happy with it, a few times I've used it. However, I went out in the rain today and my whole back was wet. The rain penetrated through the seam that runs in the neck between the coat and the hood. The tape came off (along with some of the lining) and maybe I just didn't wear the coat because it made me so waterproof. I'm so disappointed because in the warm climate I live in it was breathable so I didn't sweat a lot. Before that it was the perfect coat

Pocket zippers are really hard to close!

I like that this jacket is tailored well, but the velcro and zippers are definitely design features I don't like. External zippers are just badly placed. It opens normally, but it's almost impossible to close without two hands, requiring some gymnastics to cross the body and go down. Just a very strange arrangement. Velcro, as mentioned, sticks to EVERYTHING, and buttons would be better on both the sides of the front zip and on the sleeves and pockets. I don't know if I would order again with…

Quality, Weight, Color A+

I bought this to wear bulkier clothes for football matches, glad I'm wearing my size (1 size bigger than I usually wear). ). ). It's just a little heavier than I thought it would be, but I've worn it through summer thunderstorms and it didn't get too hot. The material is very durable and definitely keeps me dry and it definitely helps with the warmth factor during football season (windproof). I liked the zippered pockets: 1 on each side, one chest. Hood and hem can be tightened. Only downside…

I like the color, feel and design, though.

I wanted to love this raincoat. But when I tried it on, the Velcro at the top of the zipper initially prevented me from zipping up and I had to rearrange the zipper. But that didn't become the deciding factor for me. What I didn't like is that I have long hair and the velcro got stuck in my hair so I had to go back because I realized the hook issues will bother me in real life when wearing this jacket. I'm sure this is only a problem for those who don't have their long hair tied back. things I…

largest. Waterproof. Blazer!

Bought for an upcoming hike but recently came to try it out. I liked that it doesn't feel like a reusable shopping bag. I liked that it has pockets, an adjustable drawstring for the hem of the jacket, adjustable velcro closures, and a hood big enough to hold a baseball cap. It was a terrible storm but every part of me covered with this jacket was 100% dry! It's thin and breathable. I didn't sweat in this jacket even though it's summer. I wasn't working hard, I just expected to feel the same as…
