2 of the 6 I bought died in about a week

They looked good and were very bright However 2 of the 6 bulbs that were in the pack died within a week. I replaced them with 2 from a major hardware retailer and all is good. It was therefore defective lamps. Update: The manufacturer responded very quickly to this review with an apology and an offer to rectify the issue. It's always a plus. I will give them a second chance.

First impression: lightbulbs

First impressions are these lightbulbs are great. I only got them today so can't comment on durability but I put 2 of them in my lamp and left 2 old bulbs and I can't see any difference at all (see photo). except for the much lower heat given off by incandescent bulbs. They fit just like incandescent bulbs. The best part is that I was finally able to convert my old chandeliers to LEDs. They are so old that the candelabra bulbs sold at Home Depot were too thick for the fixture's design. Now I…

Not many companies make exactly the same LED bulb. Very nice looking

After scouring the Revain website(s) this is (pretty much) the closest you can get to a fairly readily available old bulb of this style ie "MORE" yes "MORE" is sold in every store that carries light bulbs. Old lightbulbs, (filament), "Short lifespan", "HEATING" lightbulbs must be! HIGH TAX! You all want to go green, then you should all remember my message.
