My son has a sensory processing disorder so is very picky about fit including tags, tight/looseness and how things fit. He loves them so I highly recommend them as nothing bothers him. Just received this item in the mail. When I opened the packaging, I could smell a strong odor of Lysol-like cleaner. Remember the Amazon box the item came in was dry and damaged by me. When I took 5 pair of boxers out of the branded plastic bag, I noticed that some of them were damp and the smell of cleaning products was getting a lot stronger. My son is almost 9 years old and is an in-between size but is slightly smaller for his age. I went for the 10/12 and am very glad I did as they are roomy enough for him to grow or deal with wash shrinks but not too big that he can't wear them comfortably now.
