Didn't last long. - There were yarn breaks that grew into big holes

My title sums it up - after a pair of one day socks (then washed) they developed yarn breaks in stressed areas - feet and heels and tears grew big holes. Honestly I have to say that I wear socks on my wooden floor (semi-finished) and it sucks to have holes. Compared to Costco's round (black) socks, which are not always available, Costco Kirkland brand socks last literally ten times longer.

  • Nice packaging

Poor quality socks: Training & Fitness

Very disappointed with these socks. My husband wore them for a month and a half. You already have holes in your toes. These socks were no different from bottom socks. They are advertised as making your feet feel better in them than in other socks. The elastic band around the leg has already come loose. In my opinion, Fruit of The Loom has gone down the drain and is producing a cheaper product. They don't look at all like the products from before. Everything in the description is wrong. I would…

Comfortable but not much reinforced than standard socks.

Six months later, these socks were no better than the cheap standard socks from the local store. They're comfortable, but I don't see where they're really reinforced. I can still wear holes through and through, especially in the toe area. It's worth noting that I have particularly thick and arched toenails that poke through every sock. I only hoped for the best with them. But like I said, they are comfortable. They fit the foot very well and stay in place without squeezing or overheating the…

Serious Warning: Do Not Buy (Fruit of the Loom Socks)!

If you're reading this, you've probably noticed that Revane somehow managed to match reviews and questions about a product called "Korean/Italian" wipes with these "Fruit" works by The Loom mix " " socks. Well, that's my warning about socks. I also had the same problem as another customer reviewer: a large hole and the fabric "rolled" after just ONE day of use. They are NOT reinforced and I would say that they can only be useful for dead bodies. I don't really know if these socks are "real"…

Pros
  • nice item
Cons
  • a bit torn

Updated Rating - from 5 stars to 2. Holey Socks, Batman!

Well, at first I really liked these socks. They were very comfortable and seemed pretty durable. I sometimes like to wear Dr. Martens, but mostly I wear tennis shoes/sneakers. I do no exercise or physical activity other than walking my dog and grocery shopping. These things held up well for the first month. After about 4 washes (light wash and tumble dry) my friend noticed that most of the socks had holes. I was very happy to finally find an affordable, comfortable sock that was also durable…
