After collecting as many as possible I realized I was missing 12 pieces so I can't finish 😢 Is there a way to get spare parts?

Once again I really liked this miniature. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The processing of the materials was of good quality. It looks amazing! The only problem was 1 broken piece on the front arch, otherwise very good!

I didn't have most of the greenery so it's more of a rock garden concept but still cool. Sometimes it's difficult to tell exactly which fabrics or plastic sheets are pictured at each step. Also, I made a detail (a folding screen) that didn't make it into any of the final photos and didn't fit anywhere in the house. It was strange.

Made a lot of such sets. It's a little harder, but not impossible. Most of the large parts were deformed, making it almost impossible to align them. The instructions weren't the most helpful as they had countless lines telling what part to use. Many small parts were in different packaging than the numbers/letters shown. I was missing a few details, but it was more than others. Not the best

this is my fourth set. The first 3 went very well and I enjoyed making them. When I bought this fourth set I was very excited because it was going to be my biggest set yet. The set was not complete. Sometimes there was a lack of material, other materials were not available at all. But I tried to get it working. I was at the end when all I had to do was assemble the press at home as furniture and the kit was missing a very important element holding part of the house in the correct position. This

After assembling 3 sets of CUTEBEE doll houses, I was amazed. I thought I'd try something bigger. Unfortunately, this kit wasn't nearly as fun. The directions were terrible. I like solving puzzles and I don't mind using my brain, but it was fun. When I couldn't understand some of the details, I turned to the photos, which were just as awful. Very nice house but I keep finding debris in bags. The first was a mailbox but I was fine with that as I thought it broke when we moved as the broken piece was still in the bag. The fan in the photo is broken but the broken part is not in the bag as you can see in the second photo. I bought it in April but only started after I finished another miniature house. Accordingly, there is no possibility of return / exchange. I would suggest that if you buy from this company that you go through each…

This is my third set of miniatures, so I'm somewhat familiar with what to expect. I'm about 1/8th of the way to making this and I've already had to change because the instructions are either missing pictures or the part size descriptions don't match what they sent me (as do the colors but that's it it's not such a big deal). My biggest complaint is that the roofing material has flattened out in places where it should have been wavy and I can't do anything to fix it. I've tried using it anyway…
