Check expiration dates

Ordered 10 boxes of this film, received today. Two boxes expire on 07/2020, 8 boxes expire on 09/2020. The price of this film is not lower than other square films. The description doesn't say it will expire soon. Returned.

Did you take 20 photos?

I knew it was too good to be true. I don't know if something was wrong with my new one instead of sq6, but several times when I was shooting nothing came out of the photo slot: So out of the 20 films promised in the first pack I only used 10 , maybe 11 developed. Okay, I hope it's just a bug that won't happen again.

  • Complete set

It's so much fun

The squares are a bit smaller than what I'm using and the foil is shiny as hell. However, it's as close as possible - maybe even better - to the old-school photography I did as a kid, and I just love it. Yes, people are probably wondering why a photographer with 40 years of experience would get excited about any kid's toy, and these people don't know why photography exists. Thanks to the whole Generation Y? Z? Alpha? Children who brought back the cinema. I'm excited to see all these new movies.

My favorite format is Instax.

Polaroid Originals (Color) has disadvantages, the most notable of which are the development time of more than 20 minutes and the need to avoid exposure to light during the development process. Instax does not format. After literally shooting a few thousand Instax last year (I have a hobby that borders on being a professional photographer), I decided that the square format is my favorite format as it's "big enough" and the best camera above all useful Features has flash control. By the way…

Too expensive: film cameras

The price for this product is too high. I am very surprised that the manufacturer rates the product so highly because the image quality is not very good. Either the photos are dark or they lack color and it is very difficult to take a picture and get bright colors. Most of my photos look washed out and very faded. In fact, it is very difficult to use the film correctly so as not to get a blank frame. I read the instructions and used a lot of film to get a picture with vivid colors. I've had…

Reliable, cheap and perfect for that nostalgic square format!

I bought 2 packs of 20 for an event that was primarily about instant photography or "Polaroids". I used an Instax SP-3 for the film and it was a nearly flawless experience overall. As for the film size, it honestly created a lot of nostalgia for those who received these images at the event, reminiscent of the squarer format of the original Polaroid full-length film of the time. Some of the little quirks of the packages I received was that throughout the event I think 2 or 3 photos got stuck in…

Two defective cartridges of film

I bought two of these cartridges and both were defective in the same way. The first few photos didn't appear as they should. I had to open the camera, expose the entire film to the light and, with some effort, pull it out. Of course, the rest of the film is useless. Hmm, maybe just bad, I'll try again. The same thing happened. Plain white frames worked well! This is my first review of anything but I had a very very bad experience. I saved both for memorable events and was quickly let down…
