For my ATS UV system.

Used on my ATS UV system. The perfect replacement. Shorten the cable, add a few nuts and you're done. The best price I could find was here.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • So far so good

Great ballast for low pressure sodium!

Used to run a low pressure sodium lamp. It takes a long time to heat up, but it is efficient and extends the life of the lamp.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

This ballast works like a champ

Hey no comment on the guy who cut my wires short in the UV case. But after drilling a hole and rewiring this ballast performs like a champ. Use it on Coralife 36W UV.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Weight

The only choice I can find.

This was my second purchase of this ballast. The first lasted about a year. I think it's a bit of a short life. I have about 7 lightbulbs with a ballast and swap them out for LED BULBS when they die, but this comes in a drinks cart with a 40" bulb, there are no LED replacements for them.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons

Although the label was totally, totally different from the .

Although the label was completely different from the label shown on the website, the product worked perfectly. At first I was worried about the ballast, but my concerns quickly vanished when I flicked the light switch. I will not hesitate to buy this ballast for one of my two identical lamps when they run out.

Pros
  • FEATURES: Universal; Energy Saving
Cons
  • Unsure

Used to replace quick start ballasts in 3 old lights to make them compatible make LEDs without using hazardous ballast bypass style lamps. I bought them on purpose because the 6 1/2 inch length fits where the original ballasts were and also because they are certified for use with Philips Instant Fit replacement LED bulbs. Another bonus is that if someone ever plugs in T8 bulbs on the street, they won't explode right in their face like bypassing the ballast would, and T8 bulbs work just fine…

Pros
  • LAMP COMPATIBILITY: Combination of 64W max; CFS/4P, CFT/4P, CFQ/4P, CFM/4P, Circline, Linear T4 & T5HO, T8T8HO, T10 & T12
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Ensures you get the right model for your needs

There are many models of ballasts (transformers) from Fulham, even for LEDs so check their website for sizes, Capabilities, specs and warranty and wiring diagrams (also printed on the ballast label) if you are retrofitting existing old style ballast wiring (don't worry it's easy and you can use small splice nuts). This particular line of models is quite compact with a lightweight aluminum body that makes it easy to make small changes or modify the mounting slots. As a solid-state electronic…
