Review on Fulham Lighting WH3-120-L-10496 Ballast by Ethan Delaney

Used to replace quick start ballasts in 3 old lights to make them compatible make LEDs without using hazardous ballast bypass style lamps. I bought them on purpose because the 6 1/2 inch length fits where the original ballasts were and also because they are certified for use with Philips Instant Fit replacement LED bulbs. Another bonus is that if someone ever plugs in T8 bulbs on the street, they won't explode right in their face like bypassing the ballast would, and T8 bulbs work just fine too.
