I've found that I have to be careful which side of the strip I use, but it may just be the strips I use. Anyway, it wasn't a problem as long as I was careful.

This product is terrible. I have never used a less successful wax than this. Tried it on hair on multiple body sites and it rarely picked up anything, if ever. I bought a better quality wax at a cosmetics store for less money. I have tried the product at different temperatures on different parts of the body with no success. Now after struggling with this product for over an hour I still have to shave.

This wax is amazing and easy to use. I've used it 3-4 times and it makes your skin smooth and your hair grows back after a long break. Now for customer service. I had a little problem with the delivery so I contacted the company and they handled it very professionally. I will buy the product again and again.

Pure Ingredients. But it's expensive for the crowd. You can easily cook lemon juice and sugar at home, but of course it's easier to buy. The packaging is leaking due to the metal being dented during shipping. this made it difficult to work with or in the greenhouse (because the wax stuck to the outside).
