📚 Furinno Pasir 3-Tier Open Shelf Bookcase in French Oak Grey Review

It has already started to fall apart for me and I just received it. The guide we have is fine, it could be better marked. As for me, I kept putting things upside down, which annoyed me mostly because they marked the pieces but not which side they were supposed to be. I personally would rather add the extra $80 for real wood. Like a real tree doesn't fall apart that easily, which is the biggest issue for me.

I would never pay $75 for this bookshelf, but I got what I paid $33 for. This is normal for a guest room, which is intentional. The veneer was dented/not smoothed out and there was barely enough room to nail the backboard (I nailed a few through the veneer). Wouldn't buy again but not worth the hassle of sending it back. Edit: Also as many others have said, when I removed the sticker the veneer came off. Luckily I put it closer to the bottom of the shelf.

I'm tinkering around a bit. There was a lot of gusting from the styrofoam which was annoying but worked. Assembly was fairly easy and one person can do it. But when assembling the shelves I noticed that it is incredibly worn on one side on the outside :( I was upset because I was looking forward to the finished product but now it looks worn and worn. Okay Shane for buying this shelf. First, it's made of 1/2 inch particle board, which isn't as strong as wood, and if you screw in screws, you're more likely to remove the screw right away unless you're standing perfectly straight. Side and chip off the fake veneer. I can't imagine putting any weight on the shelves as they are only held together with 4 screws and a couple of 1/2" nails. I wasn't expecting much for $42 but you can get this quality at the major department stores for a lot less…

I'd say it's worse than the $25 bookshelves at your local department store. It is easy to assemble but due to the pre-drilled holes not everything fits flush or even with the other side where the shelves are flush. I wouldn't trust anything fragile as it's not well balanced. It's slightly smaller than a standard 3-tier bookshelf, which can be a plus for smaller spaces.
