No RV Parts & Accessories Instructions

I've had this item for over a week now and am still trying to find instructions on how to hook it up to a thermostat and if I need battery power to do it.

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Clarity

GARBAGE! DO NOT BUY. suitable for air conditioners

controller arrived dead. Electricity comes in, NOTHING comes out. I've tested this about 20 times to see why I can't get the thermostat to turn the unit on and have concluded that the unit isn't failing at all.

Pros
  • few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Maybe DOA is good for A/C

Ordered April 25th / return window closed May 26th. I only installed on June 18th. Then I realized it could be DOA. The controller does not turn on the thermostat. Because of this, I can't tell the controller to turn on the AC. I have emailed the seller but he has not yet responded - thanks Value RV Parts. When I look at a seller's profile, 22% of the reviews in the last 30 days were negative. I'm guessing they sell faulty or returned parts as new?

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
