Easy and effective cloud app / Platform

I like that it is easy for me as an individual freelancer with multiple tasks at any given time using this software! It's very user friendly too so anyone can use without having previous experience of working within similar systems or platforms would be able implement effectively right away - which was my biggest challenge when searching out new task management tools previously (was looking into Asana but felt overwhelmed because there are several other services/apps available).
