Excellent writing paper

Good writing paper is very difficult to find. I've experimented with MANY types of "high quality" writing paper with varying results. I can say that this is one of the best tablets I know. The paper has a linen-like feel and your ink won't smear as you write. Pages also easily detach from the tablet. No more breaks! Another feature I often use is a wax seal. Some papers absorb wax better than others. This paper takes very well. the wax does not come off. This is one of the best writing tablets…

This is a beautiful writing paper with an openwork finish. I can write satisfactorily on this paper with a fine tipped fountain pen, but I really need a medium or broad nib to write easily. The surface is not as smooth as some other types of paper (e.g. Clairefontaine). The look of the paper is elegant and the feel is solid. In terms of quality, I would compare it to Crane stationery.
