Excellent tool with great customer support

It was easy to set it up, it's super fast, and you can use custom dimensions to filter out your data. I wish there were some more features - maybe a better way to use segmentation or conversion tracking across multiple channels would be nice. But, other than that, this software does everything we need it for in one place. We've seen a huge improvement in our reporting since we started using GA Connector. We are now able to get deeper insights into our users' behavior, as well as see what…

Software is okay just takes time getting used too

I can connect all of my different platforms to each other, so if someone leaves me a voicemail or email I have it in one place! Not much but I could use more features for this software! Easy to set up and get started using straight away! It's not bad at all! If you want simple set-up then go ahead otherwise there are many options out there which will be better suited for your needs. Great Solution For Tracking Lead Generation

It's easy to set up, it works well for our needs (tracking sales leads), has no issues in reporting or data export/import which are common problems I've seen elsewhere at other integrations of this nature; however we do have some minor quirks here &amp there but nothing major so far! We're using GAC as part of my role within Salesforce Marketing Cloud - tracking lead activity across all campaigns into one place helps me understand how each campaign performs compared against others etc.; also…

  • Reporting functions work really reliably without flaws.
  • Data uploads seem pretty robust too with minimal error rates during that process even if incomplete rows occur due missing fields such s telephone numbers et al..which can be easily fixed manually before import back through CSV formatting updates
