This is the worst make-up remover I have ever used. The only makeup I've applied is a small amount of non-waterproof natural mascara and it didn't even work. I soaked the cotton swab completely and rubbed gently to remove the mascara. Unfortunately he just smeared it and I had to use some coconut oil to get the smeared mascara off my face. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the high price.

Works very well. I use all of his products and love them. I'm not sure if the comments list it as ineffective because it actually works. Cannot be designed for 24-hour mascara plus mascara that is full of non-natural ingredients.

How can something so delicate be so strong? From everyday eye makeup to mind-blowing special effects on stage, a small squirt on a cotton swab, a swipe and you're back to your natural state. This organic product does not irritate my allergic eyes. or my wallet. 3+ oz in the last month. It's a deal! I want this product in my 2 WHOLE FOODS stores. I love this product! It doesn't contain any harmful chemicals so my eyes don't react the way other products do. Removes even very waterproof mascara, especially when using a warm particle washcloth. This is the best eye makeup remover I've ever tried!

Have used this product for many years. Since then I haven't switched it to other products. It's very gentle for sensitive skin. It doesn't irritate or dry my skin after use, but is powerful enough to remove all of my heavy eye makeup. Highly recommended for sensitive skin.

This eye makeup remover works (note: I don't use waterproof mascara) and is very gentle on the eyes. It also soothes my puffy eyes in the morning. I haven't used it in a while and I really, really miss it! Bad reviews bother me a little. I think this is a miracle product.

There were so many good reviews for this product that I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately I waited until my other mascara remover was gone so I missed the window by a week. I am not interested in this product at all. I often have to rub my eyes to remove the mascara and even then it doesn't remove it completely. I don't have to do anything to get more wrinkles around my eyes.
