Ineffective! - Make-up remover Water
This is the worst make-up remover I have ever used. The only makeup I've applied is a small amount of non-waterproof natural mascara and it didn't even work. I soaked the cotton swab completely and rubbed gently to remove the mascara. Unfortunately he just smeared it and I had to use some coconut oil to get the smeared mascara off my face. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the high price.
