The massage therapist is here and this is absolutely my favorite personal care device of all time and I have a lot of them. I use it primarily to roll up and down my spine, but I also use it for hip work, opening the sacroiliac joint, and as a trigger point/cradle rocking release. I prefer lying on it and letting my bodyweight do the work rather than squatting against a wall (this is another great way to use it, but I can't go as low as putting my bodyweight on it). all my customers.

Love this video! After lying on it for ten minutes, I begin to feel that my spine is properly aligned. Of course, these ten minutes are uncomfortable, but I hardly hurt. This is the perfect size for stretching your upper and middle back without hurting your spine. The only caveat is that instead of squatting, I had to roll to either the right or left to get up. Great little massager and I have a few cracks in a hard to reach spot. It's a little tricky to get the right position so I attached a rope in the middle so I can use it on the wall and not sink to the floor, but it's not as deep as a standing massage. I have a problem with rib cartilage so the number of visits to the chiropractor has decreased. I would probably go for one with the handles sticking out on the sides if I were to buy it again.
