Fantastic lower back help.

Fantastic help for the lower back - the spiked ball is always with you! The smooth ball is also useful for tying knots. I can even toss a spikey ball over my shoulder blades in the car to untie knots like that :)

Pros
  • Massage tools
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Bought them because they sounded like the heat would be good

So far the balls "seem" to work minimally and they were on sale so don't complain too loudly . I don't understand what "hot" is in hot/cold massage therapy balls, I bought them because it sounded like the heat would be nice, maybe after heating in the microwave BUT once you open the box and the instructions read, it is so will teach you. Heat them under "warm" (not hot!) water, don't microwave or they will be damaged, as one reviewer found out I think. The heat at the tips of the porcupine…

Pros
  • Massagers and Equipment
Cons
  • A little wrinkled

Working on targeted massage but of limited use to me

If there is anything that will help me with all my knots that are popping up all over my body I'll be there. I like to use massagers, foam rollers, pens, sticks etc. I thought I would love these but they only seem good for a small target area. I feel like I benefit more from the foam roller except for my foot. A textured ball works well for this. I tried using it between me and the wall as he suggested and it was good, but not as good as some of my other tools. If you like a tennis ball massage
