If there is anything that will help me with all my knots that are popping up all over my body I'll be there. I like to use massagers, foam rollers, pens, sticks etc. I thought I would love these but they only seem good for a small target area. I feel like I benefit more from the foam roller except for my foot. A textured ball works well for this. I tried using it between me and the wall as he suggested and it was good, but not as good as some of my other tools. If you like a tennis ball massage but feel like you need something more, this is for you. They're heavier, so give more targeted pressure, which works better. If you like massaging your stomach with a tennis ball, you might prefer this one. I like these but wish they were a little bigger. I think if they were I would like them a lot more. It's not that they don't work well. It's just that I have other items that I prefer including another from this brand that can also be refrigerated but is in a mount that allows it to roll which I like better.
