Works well but some parts are a little wobbly.

Poor - Arrived damaged. The plastic door's chromed metal coating was crumpled either during shipping or during production. It jams when closing the door, making a loud noise and deforming it even more. As I couldn't return it due to logistical reasons, I decided to leave it as it is, but I have to look at the lifespan of the device. OK - it works fine. Much better than I expected for the price. It's quieter than our old one. Surprisingly. The display is large and clear. Usage is intuitive. Iโ€ฆ

Great product but UPS can and will destroy it.

The first one was bent and couldn't tell the door was closed so there was DOA when the UPS threw it out of the truck at 40mph. The second looked like the UPS had slowed down to 20 mph and appeared to be working, but the oven heating element turned on with the door open due to shipping damage. Thirdly, Revain CSR extended shipping to 2 days and although it was still slightly dented it survived and is working great! I'm glad I didn't give up. The steam, convection and speedwave functions areโ€ฆ

ticklish pink! for microwave ovens

We bought this oven to replace a GE Profile microwave and convection oven in our RV. The new oven arrived a day early and was packaged very well. All four corners have been additionally protected. The glass plate was framed in styrofoam and arrived flawlessly. This oven is quite heavy at 78 pounds. My husband tells me it was easy to install. It fits perfectly in the space GE left behind. The Galanz oven is slightly taller than the GE. This is actually a plus for people with limited height likeโ€ฆ
