Sound quality is very good. The carrying case is more compact than I originally thought, and they pair with my phone before I even have time to put them on. I don't usually write reviews or bother others with my thoughts on things but since Samsung had such a chance to succeed with this but damn they missed the mark I thought I would help others who were looking for something the same as me. I've had them for about a week now. Here are the pros and cons. - Great fit. They fit the body well and snugly and don't feel like they want to come loose at all. I have had many other good (wired) headphones and some of them come with different ear cups. None of them were big enough to fit comfortably inside. I had high hopes for these headphones. As a previous Iconx 2018 owner, I was expecting some of the same features to be passed on. For example, with Iconx 2018 you can move the main earpiece to the left or right. It was comfortable when running with my Garmin. Connection issues occur when the main earpiece is placed on the opposite ear of the hand that owns your watch. So the watch is on the left hand, and the main earpiece is in the eighth ear. I'll start with the title. The rubber tip out of the box is great for my ears and I haven't had any discomfort or problems in the past week. But this morning I decided to see how the other rubber tips fit my ears and WOW. All 3 configurations fit my ear; but I found that the medium inner ear and the small "wing tip" fit my ears perfectly. Update 04/06/19: After walking 5 miles today I decided to return them. I've used them several times in the past week. When they work they are good, they work fine when I use them at work or around the house, but when I run or hike they get out of step with each other and ALWAYS stutter. They are completely useless and disruptive. They have been updated by Samsung but connection issues persist. Hopefully Samsung can fix these issues in the future, but until then I don't like paying the highest…
