I'm not; I'm delighted with its quality and happy that someone was willing to make a case for my phone when I had to drive all over looking for one. Thank you Poetic, you did not disappoint.

Overall, I like this case. I bought one for my daughter (Samsung A51) and one for me (Samsung S10 5G). Her case is holding up well. My complaint is that my phone cracked from a 3 ft fall on a hardwood floor. It is the back of the phone but the case didn't do much to protect it. My old phone was dropped so many times but it never cracked.The case feels good in my hands (very large hands btw) and does not feel bulky. Wireless charging works on my phone with the case but not my daughter's phone.

Too flexible to offer any real protection.I have never broken any phone screen before but with this case I broke front and back TWICE. I cannot recommend this product

Absolutely love this case and love that it has the protectors over the plug ports seems very hard to find cases like that now and with my job I have to have the ports covered or they fill up with dust and dirt

I just did an insurance claim on my brand new $1400 s105g. I dropped the phone 3 ft off my nightstand and the glass on the back of phone shattered.
