Very tight fit. on car mounts

Even if the mount was too small, the navigation system fits. As usual, the suction power leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased the dash mount with a sandbag to provide a flat surface to attach to. Much better now.

  • Compatible with ZUMO 660

If you're going to spend $800 on a BMW GPS, get this!

Works with Nav V. No sound but what car doesn't have Bluetooth? Works well with a required and not included proprietary plugin. This is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000F78582/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_10

Pros
  • Suction cup easily attaches to glass
Cons
  • Drives me crazy

Tricky design - beware

The device is not working properly. It lacks the "suction power" to hold itself (the lever in the right position), whether wet or dry, warm or cold, on the clean glass of the inside windshield for more than a few minutes. The Nav V's extra weight, which it's supposedly designed to carry, only lets the device fall onto the dash. Very disappointing!

Pros
  • Features Rotational adjustment for angle and orientation
Cons
  • Available in white only

Needed a spare part in advance

Garmin zumo 660 suction cup car mount and the GPS navigator itself, someone is unlucky and most likely it will happen during the holidays, just don't look in the store and take this one Article not included, look out for the 18 small gold pins on the back of this Garmin GPS. flat, no problem here, but the corresponding ones on the cradle are lengthened, imagine that? Garmin offers "weather protection" with a device designed for it, like a motorcycle mount, but I brought another, yes, cheap $6…

Pros
  • Sturdy and reliable
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Must come with power cord

This is great and I have one in each of my machines but I think they should include a power cord. Pretty useless without it. It adheres fairly securely to the windshield, holds the Zumo securely, is easily adjustable, and allows for quick and easy installation and removal of the Zumo. One more note: I have a Garmin Zumo 665 and it should automatically detect that it's on a motorcycle or car mount. Mine does it pretty randomly. I often have to set up Zumo manually for the car it's installed in.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • I will add later

I ride a BMW GS1200R Adventure bike and it is sold with a BMW delivered GPS navigator Navigator IV (Garmin). When I contacted Garmin customer service I was able to get this part number and find the best price and availability to buy a mount for my truck. Why spend more money on another GPS device when my motorcycle works in my car? Yes, I bought the mount here to work in my truck. It works great along with a separate DC power cord and friction assist for dash driving. Makes it easy to pick up…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
