This product is slow, expensive and complex.

This product is slow, expensive and difficult to use. However, if you have a Garmin, stick with it. In the end it will work if you literally have days when you have nothing to do but download, well now you have something to do with your time.

Pros
  • Camping and Hiking
Cons
  • Obsolete

Difficult to use but works

Loading the maps properly and then transferring them to my Garmin E-Trax 30 was a little tricky, but I ended up being able to identify the place I wanted to be in the Ability to upload images and upload them. Pros
  • Topographic Maps
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Good for a limited time.

Works great with a Garmin 62 GPS when connected to the Garmin Base Camp app. All images are protected and registered on the GPS on which they are activated. If you want to save images after the subscription expires, make sure you have the largest possible micro SD card for your GPS, as you cannot add or transfer images after the subscription expires, only waypoints from the basecamp app.

Pros
  • Navigation & Electronics
Cons
  • Nothing Here

I'm talking 24 hours for just megabytes of map data. And aligning tiles for loading is not possible without overlapping, wasting A LOT of time or skipping sections between them. And yes, the tile size is limited. It will take some tiles to cover my city. I just ordered "Huntview" for my region while looking at the BEView dl map! Though I
