Garmin Nuvi 67LM 6-Inch GPS Navigator: Accurate Navigation for Hassle-Free Travels Review

Garmin was originally the best of all navigation devices. Of course, over the years they have to please their board or their investors because the products are getting cheaper and cheaper. This device died 14 months after purchase. We bought another one. He died exactly a year later. Another one died just a year after we bought it. I wish there was an alternative without a data plan - I would definitely take that.

The box says Garmin Drive "60" LM not 67LM. Did you send the right item? Did something turn me on? The principle of operation is slightly different from my Garmin, which is over 8 years old, but it's not hard to figure out. Love the big screen and the fact that my old Garmin accessories (except for the zippered weatherproof case) work with this unit. It's nice to see a company not changing their products so you have to buy all new accessories.

I thought after getting used to the TomTom I had to learn a few things. But I got in pretty quick. I travel a lot so I use it often. I like free map updates. My TomTom didn't have free updates so I had to use what I had, which was very outdated before I switched to Garmin. The only thing I don't like (at least haven't found it yet) is the lack of an option to change the voice. In general, I am satisfied with Garmin.

I have a problem with my nüvi 67. I wanted to set the location at the intersection of two freeways. It accepted US 27 well but wouldn't let me install FL 44. SR 44 didn't fit either. I've since learned it's going to take Highway 44. However, this town also has County Road 44 - so how does this GPS differentiate between routes?
