It's hard to find a makeup remover that removes waterproof mascara. After years of searching I finally found it! I followed both the instructions and the advice online. All you have to do is apply it to your lashes (I used a dry washcloth) and leave it on for a minute. Then rub gently until the mascara is gone. Removes in just minutes. I haven't lost a single eyelash! So impressed!

I started this while living in England. After returning to the States, I could not find anything similar. I have tried some very expensive prestige brands and this one is even better. I have very sensitive skin that dries very easily and removes my makeup in one go without drying my skin, making it oily or causing severe breakouts. Worth bringing from England! Also, one bottle lasts about three months, which I think is pretty decent compared to some other products I've used!

I literally don't understand the hype surrounding this product. It took so much friction! I was barely able to remove makeup with it, and even when I was able to remove it intelligently, I NEVER removed it completely and had to use other products to help. I would recommend Avon's eye makeup remover which is much faster - saves time in my busy life and doesn't require me to tug at my eyes to remove makeup!

The packaging design failed. Removes make-up well from eyes and face. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the terrible packaging design. When I first ordered these, one of the bottles arrived with a broken cap so it was leaking. The hinge on the lid is weak, so it's not surprising that this happened. The replacement bottle was sealed with tape, but it still leaked a little at the base of the cap, which isn't as tight on the bottle as it should be. This is 2 out of 2 that the packaging…

The best make-up remover. I've been using it since I put on my makeup, I've gone out and tried many others, none of them compare. Effortlessly removes waterproof mascara, eyebrow pencil and even eyelash glue. I hope they never stop - haha.
