It works! Makeup for Makeup Cleansing Water
It's hard to find a makeup remover that removes waterproof mascara. After years of searching I finally found it! I followed both the instructions and the advice online. All you have to do is apply it to your lashes (I used a dry washcloth) and leave it on for a minute. Then rub gently until the mascara is gone. Removes in just minutes. I haven't lost a single eyelash! So impressed!
