The needles are great but the price is terrible

Needles are great but the price is terrible! It was so expensive I assumed it was 5 packs of 5 needles not 1 pack of 5 needles. Then recently I looked at Revain and the price was much lower. What gives?

Replacement Marker Gun Needles

If you twist the lever on your marker gun the wrong way and the needle comes out of the gun, who knows where to order a set of needles. Hey, order a kit when you order a marker gun and you'll be ready when THIS happens and it happens.

Not as advertised for pendant clasps and bag clasps

There was nothing in the first package. No needles. No joke. I asked for replacements and when they arrived they were not fine needles and did not fit my Avery Dennison Mark III as advertised. So disappointed I needed them really fast and now have to play around with returns and try to find something that works.
